According to the issues you mentioned, we think it may be caused by low battery.

Could you please try to use 4 NEW AAA Alkaline Batteries? New batteries can not be used with old batteries together.

This safe cannot be mounted on the wall. It has 2 pre-drilled holes on the bottom to secure the safe to the floor or in a cabinet using the matching screws.

To silence the audible sound of the electronics, press the “1” button for 3 seconds, all keys (1-4) will light up once and let go. To turn the sound back on repeat the above steps.
